WHO ARE WE ?

The SOLIFOUNDATION was created in 2023 by Concetta and Thomas with the aim of carrying out a multitude of humanitarian projects designed to bring a significant impact to the most vulnerable communities. Of these projects, SOLIKIDS represents the very first, merging different actions into a single overall objective: supporting orphanages in Tanzania. 

SOLIKIDS embodies our vision of making a positive and lasting difference to the lives of orphaned children and the communities around them. This innovative project combines several key initiatives:

• ✚ Childcare and Immediate Aid: We provide medical care, balanced nutrition and safe shelter for children in orphanages, while installing sanitary infrastructure to improve their living conditions.
• ✐ School support: We provide educational support for children, helping them to succeed at school and look forward to a bright future.
• ✄ Training young people in specific trades: We offer vocational training programmes, opening up employment prospects and helping to empower young people.
• ☀︎Infrastructures Sustainables: We install solar panels and water recovery tanks, promoting energy self-sufficiency and resource management.

What's more, SOLIKIDS goes even further by integrating an essential component: the sending volunteers to orphanages. This human dimension strengthens our impact by enabling volunteers to become actively involved in the field, sharing their expertise and love with the children, while contributing to the projects and growth of the community.

In this way, SOLIKIDS becomes the first step on an extraordinary journey, under the aegis of SOLIFOUNDATION, towards a better future for orphaned children and their communities. 

We set up our first actions in the town of Arusha, Tanzania, in the Mosses Confort Orphanage.

Our commitment to extending our work to more orphanages and regions remains unwavering, because we believe that every child deserves a brighter future, and every community deserves support to thrive.
